This Procurement is under The Provider Selection Regime (PSR)
The Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA) was introduced in 2007. The Mental Health Act 2007, which received Royal Assent in July 2007, included an amendment to the MCA to introduce additional Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) from 1st April 2009.
