Business Focus - focus on the most important issues in YOUR business

“My mind is like 6 bowls of spaghetti, trying to fix all things every day and not getting anything done.”

The problem with running a business is that you ALWAYS have so many plates spinning at the same time, (suppliers, marketing, cashflow, staff issues, customer complaints, late deliveries, recruitment, stock control, prospecting, debtor collection etc, etc,)

Do you have...

  • too many things to do and not enough time to do it?
  • lots of things not working quite right, creating tension in the business?
  • many small problems coming up time and time again, adding cost or delaying delivery of your product or service?
  • opportunities to increase sales but you need to spend time and money trying them and don’t know which to try first?

With so many different things going on in your business, how do you decide what to do?

At any given point in time, it is really difficult to know which area of the business is the most important, the one that you should be concentrating on, and which areas are less important and can be left.

So you only do the stuff that is urgent and fire fighting becomes the norm.

How can you find more time to spend on the most important plates?

Why attend?

Would it help if you could see a map of YOUR business, a helicopter view, setting out all your product or service issues, all your marketing opportunities, all the operational, staffing and IT problems, all your financial constraints, and all your managerial and leadership contact points?

A map that ...

  • shows all the activity taking place in your company at any given point in time.
  • clearly highlights for you, the areas that are most important to your business right now, and those that will be important next week, next month and next year.
  • focuses your mind on the items that are most likely to improve your bottom line.

How will I benefit from attending?

You will get access to a FREE tool that you can use every week, or every month or every quarter, to help you maintain FOCUS on the most important issues in YOUR business.

Would that be a helpful tool to have?

What’s the cost? - FREE

What’s the catch? – None, if you like it, you take it away and use it as often as you want for free.
