Property Breakfast Briefing: Legal Update

Property Breakfast Briefing: Legal Update

Blaser Mills Law would like to invite you to a breakfast briefing hosted at our Head Office in High Wycombe.

The past 12 months have seen some noteworthy changes in the law against the backdrop of significant events such as Brexit and the Grenfell Tower Fire.

The property industry is fast-moving. Being commercially aware of changes in the law is essential for all property professionals to ensure transactions can be negotiated and structured in line with any new developments, and any potential pitfalls or consequences can be addressed at the outset. During the briefing, speakers Alex Wyatt, Shona Dunning and James Nelson will be covering the following areas:

  • The New Telecommunications Code
  • Fire Safety Post-Grenfell
  • Fitness for Habitation
  • Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES)
  • Recent case law update (including Lease Valutations).

The Blaser Mills breakfast briefing will provide an overview of recent developments in the law, and is geared towards property professionals from all backgrounds. From investors to independent financial advisors, landlords to lenders, surveyors to developers and from estate agents to tenants; the briefing aims to be a useful and relevant update for all professionals that deal with property.
