Buckinghamshire Business First is looking for a new home

Do you have or know of any space that might be available to accommodate us? Perhaps you have an under-utilised office space or capacity for some of our team to hot-desk?

In common with many businesses who have to deal with unexpected challenges, Buckinghamshire Business First (BBF) finds itself in need of support. You may be aware that our Saunderton office and Business Hub at the Clare Charity Centre is in the process of being sold by The Clare Foundation.

Do you have or know of any space that might be available to accommodate us? Perhaps you have an underutilised office space or capacity for some of our team to hot-desk? At this stage we are just putting out feelers to find out what might be available across the county.

What we need

Buckinghamshire Business First has grown to a team of 40 over the last 5 years and we require a space of about 4,000 sq. ft., along with some parking.

We would also be interested in hot-desk and meeting room space that could be accessed by our business members throughout Buckinghamshire, as our departure from Saunderton also means the closure of our Business Hub which is widely used by a range of micro and small business owners who benefit from the free hot desk space and Wi-Fi on offer.

What effect will there be on members?

Work/hub space

The hub and meeting rooms are available until the end of August, but are unable to guarantee anything beyond that. We are working hard to ensure that there is sufficient flexible office space for business owners in the county.

We still have the Porters Lodge Business Hub in Aylesbury, as well as desk space at Chesham Library. You can check out the surroundings at the Aylesbury Hub with a Virtual Tour (simply scroll down on this link).

Room bookings

We will honour all room bookings made in Saunderton until the end of August, but are unable to guarantee bookings beyond that. Our business support team can advise on alternative meeting room and hot desk space. As soon as our team have any updates of future plans we will keep you informed!

The future

As always, we are taking on our latest challenge with a positive mindset and look forward to hearing about any potential new homes for our organisation. It is business as usual.
