Feed your appetite for exporting

Food & drink producers can get their export on with help from International Trade Advisers at a special event on June 23rd.

Whether exporting is a brand new adventure for you, or if you’ve dabbled before and want to expand your reach, our Focus on Food and Drink Growth Opportunities event is your meal ticket.

You will hear briefly from food and drink specialist International Trade Advisers, the Programme Manager of a rural funding scheme that can support food and drink producers, an expert on Intellectual Property, and a business that has successfully exported.

Then, each of these parties will move from table to table to speak directly with guests about their plans, answering questions and imparting advice as they go. This face-to-face support will get to the heart of your exporting queries and help you plan for a future of international sales.

Speakers include:

  • Angus Murray, International Business Manager
  • Will Dallimore, The LEADER Programme

Come along to:

  • Hear the experiences of a business that has successfully expanded into foreign markets
  • Speak to food and drink specialist International Trade Advisers (ITA) from the Department of International Trade who can discuss which markets best suit your business and how each market operates, and then help to connect you
  • Speak to experts about protecting your Intellectual Property
  • Discover if you are eligible for any grants or funding opportunities
  • Meet and network with other food and drink businesses, share experiences and learn from each other

The event takes place at The Clare Charity Centre in Saunderton, near High Wycombe, from 10am – 12pm on Friday June 23rd.
