Improve the performance of your business or charity

Buckinghamshire Business First hosts on its website the Virtual Adviser tool which help businesses and charities assess their current performance levels and identify ways that they can improve.

This tool takes 15 minutes to complete and will produce a report based on your answers that will help you improve your performance and access useful training. Whether you want to develop your own skills or the talent within your team, completing the Virtual Adviser is the first step in getting the support and funding available to help you grow.

£150 workplace training vouchers

Buckinghamshire Business First has teamed with Adviza to deliver £150 workplace training vouchers to businesses and charities in Buckinghamshire.

You can tie this into the Virtual Adviser tool, so that when you’ve completed it and got your report, Adviza’s skills specialists will get in touch with you to assess your next steps, and they will let you know if you are eligible for a £150 workplace training voucher.

For more information on these training vouchers, contact our business support team: BusinessSupport@bbf.uk.com / 01494 927130.
