Mix96 covers Innovation, R&D and 3D printing

Max Hailey and Alex Pratt delved into the world of innovation and R&D on the July 11th edition of the Buckinghamshire Business First radio show on Mix96.

The two guests were Lorna Kennard, Sports Massage and Rehabilitation Practitioner with Sittingwell and Micky Calcott, Director of the Window Film Company.

July 18th edition - 3D printing

Max and Alex delved into the world of 3D printing on the July 18th edition of the Buckinghamshire Business First radio show.

Speaking on the show was Martin Dyckhoff, Director of Cartridge World and 3D Print World Aylesbury, who explained the exciting world of 3D printing and the types of items they have printed, including prosthetic limbs and parts for vintage boats.

Simon Hammond, Regional Manager of High Wycombe-based 3D Systems, also appeared on the show to explain how 3D printing is becoming more and more newsworthy and entering the mainstream and how 3D Systems fly the flag for Buckinghamshire by supplying local businesses. Simon also couldn’t resist revealing that 3D Systems created all of the helmets for the Oscar winning film Gravity.
