Focus on Retail - Increasing high street footfall

Focus on Retail - Increasing high street footfall

Attracting customers through the door and up to the till is a challenge faced by all retailers. At this event you will hear success stories from around the UK, with some tried and tested advice.

Many things are driving customers away from the high street including online shopping, out of town shopping centres with free and copious parking and increased vacancy rates. All is not lost; this event will use successful case studies to show how towns are winning back shoppers; it will explain how businesses have been:

  • Using a very small budget to attract a lot of new customers
  • Encouraging customer loyalty and increasing the average transaction value
  • Working together to make their towns a vibrant destination

This is a great opportunity for local retailers to get together, share experiences and form a valuable support network whilst learning from our guest speakers.

Who is the workshop for?

This event will be of particular interest to retail businesses across the Chiltern and South Bucks area.
