We are the primary source of information and intelligence on Buckinghamshire’s economy. Our work involves mixed qualitative and quantitative methods including data analysis, surveys, literature, policy reviews, interviews and focus groups.
This intelligence is used to ensure strategies and policies across the county are based on current and robust evidence and to make sure government at all levels is aware of the economic issues facing Buckinghamshire’s communities. This entails commenting on the implications of new national policy directions for the county, as well as conducting and commissioning research to address local concerns.
