All attendees will receive a Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy and a Sexual Harassment Risk Assessment template after the event, together with guidance on how to tailor them to your business.

Please be aware that in order to be as relevant and realistic as possible, this training course includes discussion of some very difficult topics.

We will describe the experiences of individuals who have experienced sexual harassment at work. We acknowledge that this could be triggering for some individuals. We will provide trigger warnings at appropriate times and attendees will have the freedom to leave the room for short periods, with no questions asked.

At times, the course will include the use of language that some people may find offensive. This is necessary in order to raise awareness of some of the ways in which sexual harassment is experienced in the workplace.
