What you will do in your working day

• You will be working in clients homes (typically a new client each week)

• Abingdon & Witney College (Bicester Campus)
• Block Release

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

It is expected that you would become a fully fledged installer within our business on completion of your apprenticeship, developing into an Adroit Installer. In time we would love for our mentees to become our future mentors and pass their skills along to the next generation!

Person Specification

Essential:

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of work experience in a construction role.
• NVQ L2 Plumbing (electrical and carpentry also considered).
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for construction tasks.
• Familiarity with carpentry, plastering, tiling & decorating.
• You MUST be independently mobile (driving licence and own vehicle - mileage paid)
• Strong communication skills.
