Using a list of 61 fully validated psychometric dimensions, and 38 dimensions for our 360, GPI creates totally customised assessments that are specific to the competencies, values, requirements or objectives of any role, organisation or department - anywhere in the world.
A psychometric assessment can use 5 dimensions taking 12-15 minutes or 25 dimensions taking 75 minutes - or any combination that is right for your business. A 360 assessment can use 10 dimensions with feedback taking 10 minutes per respondent or 20 dimensions taking 20 minutes or, again, any combination an organisation might choose to use.

All GPI reports are written in plain English. They don’t need to be interpreted by consultants, psychologists or HR professionals, making them the most cost-effective tools on the market. Because all the analysis is managed through our system, reports are received quickly and can be used by line managers, even if they don’t recruit or develop people on a regular basis.

In our customised 360, managers receive feedback from everyone around them (Boss, Peers, Direct Reports, Others) to review how they perform in dimensions that are key for the role and organisation. You can select any number of the 38 dimensions that GPI offers in order to obtain feedback that is invaluable in helping managers improve performance. The 360 measures ‘learned behaviours’ – the things we’ve learned from the different environments we’ve experienced. But what is learned can be unlearned or adapted to help the managers further their careers.
