We specialise in 2 areas

1. Primary research. We deliver insights around trickier business questions, often working with client databases and using public domain intelligence to inform and shape agile research solutions around advocacy, behaviour, conversion, satisfaction and new proposition & service  developments in GB and many other countries worldwide.

2. Consulting on marketing research and the insights process. A special part of our work is to support practically & with consultative support via hourly based engagements, what we call ‘Friendly Review’ - a low risk way for end clients and even other agencies to quickly have experienced & objective help with strategic input at peak times or when short staffed/overloaded. A typical start-point is a Research Health Check on the approaches being used (and how to improve them, with whom).
