Inspire All CIC works with a wide range of victims of trauma: men and women, victims of scams, domestic abuse, rape and status issues. We provide 1:1 and group support with the goal of helping the victim to recover and then thrive. Our client-centric approach has delivered significant results. 

All our services are free at the point of delivery and so we rely totally on fundraising. Supporters include: Thames Valley Police & Crime Commissioner's Office, Hardings Trust, Community Impact Bucks and Aylesbury Town Council. 

Since its creation Inspire All CIC has been a supporter of the Time to Change mental health programme and Dementia Friends. 

Collaboration is an important part of what we do. There are many great services available however it can be tricky to navigate and determine which one is the most appropriate. Our skilled and knowledgeable Director, Ranjula Takodra brings a wealth of local experience. She is well-known within the community with significant local government experience (a former District Councillor) and adviser (CAB) who was awarded an MBE for her community work. Ranjula facilitates collaboration with local services and Inspire All CIC is a founder member of a local Third Sector Collaboration seeking to enable women to successfully return to work and/or set up a sustainable business.
