iSales Academy work in partnership with a range of local employers helping them to identify training needs and through quality training and coaching develop the skills they require to grow their business.

iSales Academy aim to deliver and maintain high quality provision that can be measured through our results. Strong relationships with learners, employers and industry experts have been forged to ensure programmes remain in-alignment with current thinking. Central to iSales success is the 3-way partnership that is fostered between the learner, employer and coach.

Significantly above national average performance can be confirmed and iSales have plans to ensure this can be maintained. The current Apprenticeship National average EPA pass rate is 68% but iSales have achieved 93% and retention rates are 100%.
