I have more than 30 years experience running my own organisation as well as providing consultancy services to some of the largest businesses in the UK (Post Office, Rolls Royce, The British Red Cross, Barclays Bank, HSBC, Allied Domecq, KPMG, Rabobank, EDF, Mobil, BP etc).

For the last five years I have focused on the third sector including CEO roles at Relate and management consultancy work with Medical Detection Dogs.

I have also been chair of the Institute of Internal Communication - a national membership organisation promoting and developing the skills of internal communications across businesses.
