HS2, at a recent seminar detailed the opportunities for small business in this area. They have a requirement that all participants in any project directly or indirectly for HS2 to have Equality, Diversity and Inclusion embedded in their policy and activity.
As a result there are potential opportunities arising for experts in this area to promote themselves.

Hi Ian,
I certainly have lots of experience of EDI from the employment/ employee and procurement perspectives, so could easily offer a coaching session to a business to assess where they are in these areas. Good shout to reflect this in my profile!
