I would recommend Google G-Suite. Lighter and cheaper with better usability and design. But either way, both provide great collaboration experience.

It's much easier to talk to the rest of the world. Google's apps are not completely compatible with MS Office docs; you always lose some formatting when you move between them - and you will need to in order to communicate with others.
I find Google's spreadsheet absolutely frustrating!
