Hello. We have been asked to leave our current premises because we wouldn't go along with our landlords expansion plans, so we are in need of some office / classroom space in the short-term and are looking for an industrial unit where we can create a centre of excellence for automotive training.

That will need to be about 2500 - 3000 sq. ft. that will have workshop, classroom and office space included. For now we just need an office for 2/3 people and another room to use as a classroom.

Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you
