About James Simpson from Blaser Mills Law
James heads up both the Employment and Data Protection teams at Blaser Mills Law having 20 years’ experience in both areas of law. Over his career, he has built up a wealth of experience which he uses to help businesses and individuals reach their desired objectives. He also uses his knowledge and experience to help company boards and is a non-executive director of a fast growing UK based technology business.
Employment
James’ practice covers a wide spectrum of advice and regularly advises clients on general employment and HR matters, dismissals, discrimination, settlement agreements, redundancy and employment tribunal and other litigation claims and disputes. He also helps businesses and business people with non-contentious work including the drafting of employment related agreements, including incentive arrangements, consultancy agreements, policies & procedures together with the employment aspects of restructurings and transactions, including cross-border work.
His clients are typically SMEs and entrepreneurs in the Thames Valley, where he uses his experience to help them manage risk, grow, and expand their business interests.
