This member to member workshop includes a presentation on business premises in general and how important they are to productivity and staff retention.

Topics covered include exiting your current premises if you have been given notice, negotiating a lease renewal, and acquiring new premises.

Pitfalls and traps will be discussed together with the advantages of improved premises to the business. 

There will be a Q&A session at the end of the workshop.

Michael Garvey

Michael is the Vice-Chair of the BBF and has worked in the Thames Valley for 30 years. Michael is an experienced Chartered Surveyor covering all areas including property acquisition, lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations.
