The workshop is hosted by Richard Johnson, who has held senior roles at global advertising agencies Ogilvy, Saatchi, Saatchi Digital, and McCanns, as well as brand consultancies Landor and Design Bridge & Partners. He has served on the jury for the Effies, D&AD and Cannes awards. In 2008, he founded The Gang, where they have guided entrepreneurs and multinationals to substantial brand growth. He was an advisor for online policy to the Singapore Government and currently sits on an LSIP for the British film industry. He regularly mentors start-ups and scale-ups in Buckinghamshire on maximising the growth of their brand.
