About Michael Garvey
Michael is Managing Director of Chandler Garvey Ltd, one of the leading firms of commercial property consultants in the greater Thames Valley region, with a network of 5 offices in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Arbitrator and RICS Registered Valuer.
Michael has a high level of rent review / lease renewal and expert witness experience, with appearances in the High Court and various planning enquiries. Other areas of expertise include valuation, development consultancy and sales and letting advice. He is a regular contributor to the national and regional property press and a conference speaker.
