Following the success of our 2021 'International Women's Day' digital networking event we have scheduled a monthly zoom get-together to combine the SEMLEP concept of 'Peer to Peer' support and the NatWest 'Expert in Residence' offering.

We recognise that one of the reported barriers to women 'levelling up' to their male counterparts in employment, and well as female founders in enterprise, is a reported absence of role models, advisors, mentors and inspirational peers. Another is access to support, and confidence to ask questions and gain insight. We intend to tackle all of these and more.

Inspirational Women's Network is open to all and fully-funded by NatWest and SEMLEP, so no cost to you. We are committed to removing barriers, providing opportunities and helping individuals, businesses across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire to thrive.

Each event starts with a 15 minute introduction from the hosts and a guest speaker to add even more value! The remainder of the event will consist of small break out sessions for you to connect across sector, counties, communities and experience.
