Lease Renewal Workshop - Practical and Legal Advice

Lease Renewal Workshop - Practical and Legal Advice

A Member to Member Workshop hosted by Chandler Garvey & Blaser Mills Law.

Have you leased an office space or are you considering renewing your lease? This workshop is a great way to find out how to renew your lease the right way.

It’s quite common for small businesses and entrepreneurs to lease office spaces. Many owners and decision makers make several key mistakes despite this being their second highest expenditure.

Topics that will be covered:

  • Lease renewals
  • Premises as part of the business strategy
  • What to do if you cannot renew your lease
  • Acquiring premises in general

There will be a Q&A at the end of the workshop.

Presenters: From Chandler Garvey: Joanna Kearvell and Michael Garvey and from Blaser Mills Law: Shona Dunning and Alex Wyatt
