Melanie Barratt is a blind swimmer with an outstanding career in competitive sports. She’s represented Great Britain at multiple Paralympic Games, winning gold, silver and bronze medals in the pool as well as winning multiple European and World titles. She has continued to challenge herself  for the 20+ years since her Paralympic days - including becoming the first blind woman to swim the English Channel last year.
