About the Workshop host
Viridian HR was founded by Karine Lipinski to meet the HR needs of fast-growing SMEs and businesses with French operations. Usually fast paced with performance, productivity, customer and employee experience at the forefront of everything they do, these businesses need modern and agile HR support.
Viridian HR helps with People Strategy, HR audits, Employee engagement and wellbeing assessments as well as change projects, compliance and employment law. Viridian HR also supports UK businesses with French operations.
Karine Lipinski - HR Consultant
Karine has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources at all levels and People Management. Her approach to HR is very much driven by commercial goals and as such operates in the mindset of a true HR Business Partner. She is Chartered MCIPD.
Karine has gained international experience and is culturally integrated in both the UK and France with a Masters Degree in Human Resources in both countries and is fluent in French and English.
She has supported a number of organisations such as Photobox, EnGlobe, Renault and Telelogic and is comfortable working in post-merger and acquisition environments. As a person, Karine is highly organised, pragmatic, passionate and approachable which makes it easy to relate to her.
Emmanuelle Sutton- HR assistant
Emmanuelle has over 15 years’ experience in marketing, customer service and training in the IT industry. She has worked as a European training manager for a major American IT company where her role consisted in organising and supervising the delivery of all technical training in 12 European countries.
As part of her background, Emmanuelle is university educated and has lived in England for over 28 years. She is culturally integrated in both the UK and France and is Fluent in French and English.
