Recently he has worked with International SOS to deliver pandemic briefings; deployed to support an international company to prepare/review their pandemic crisis plans during COVID-19

Before joining Control Risks in 2010, James held the position of Head of Resilience at independent consultancy Systems Consultants Services Ltd (SCS). In this post he gained considerable experience in developing and delivering crisis management training and exercises
