Twitter Talk on Skills & Employment

Twitter Talk on Skills & Employment

Buckinghamshire Business First is hosting a series of discussions on Twitter featuring businesses, support organisations and individuals on a range of subjects relevant to them.

The next Buckinghamshire Business First Twitter Talk takes place on Friday March 9th from 11am-12noon on the topic of Skills & Employment.

Join fellow businesses and local skills partners to discuss the wide-ranging issues around skills and employment. The format of the hour will be roughly as follows (with room for manoeuvre):

  • 11am: Skills - skills gaps/labour market pressures/workplace training
  • 11:20am: Apprenticeships/traineeships/work placements/apprenticeship levy
  • 11:40am: The link between business and education and how to make the most of opportunities between the two

Read the guidelines for the Twitter Talk, including top tips to make the most of the hour, as well as some dos and don'ts.
