Responsibilities

Learn from award-winning experienced professionals and develop a broad range of skills needed to install high-quality bathrooms. Benefit from 1:1 mentoring to help you grow into a fully-fledged Adroit Installer.

What you will do at work:

  • Learn from experienced professionals on the job
  • Work in clients homes (typically a new client each week) across the Aylesbury Vale
  • Develop hands-on skills in bathroom installation
  • Deliver high-quality work and excellent customer service

Training: Property Maintenance Operative (Level 2) with Abingdon & Witney College (Bicester Campus). Block release - full week at college. Duration: 1 year 6 months. Start date: Thursday 1 October 2026. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm (40 hours per week). Positions available: 2.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • GCSE English (grade 4)
  • GCSE Maths (grade 4)
  • Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing or another trade (Pass)
  • Own car and insurance - you will be working in clients homes across the Aylesbury Vale and need to transport your tools (typically a new client each week). Mileage covered. Company vehicles available longer term.
  • Physical fitness - installation is a physical job

If you have other relevant qualifications or industry experience, please share them - the apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
