Administrative support required for our friendly team, someone who is passionate, reliable and organised to help our office run efficiently. 
Responsibilities
You would be working on a variety of administrative tasks to support the business and work alongside our team. We value people with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a desire to learn, grow and develop wider skills. In the role you will be expected to:- Manage diaries and meeting schedules.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and kitchen/toiletry stock.
- Plan and support company events and team activities.
- Monitor the general info email inbox, responding to enquiries, logging new leads on our project management system, and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared as required.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including organising repairs and maintenance.
- Arrange CPD sessions, travel, and accommodation for team members.
- Liaise with external service providers as needed.
- Liaise with IT support when required.
- Draft and send internal and external email communications.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the HR, Marketing, Finance, and Planning teams.
- Organise and maintain digital files within the company’s document management system.
- Arrange refreshments for meetings and office events.
- Update the company website with new content when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist with GDPR compliance and documentation.
- Undertake any other day-to-day administrative or operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Person Specification
Essential:
We’re looking for someone who’s eager to grow and develop within the company. Formal qualifications aren’t essential - what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to get stuck in. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for supporting a busy professional team.
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- A reliable and responsible approach to work, with pride in maintaining a well-run and welcoming office environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using common software tools (e.g. Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and similar systems).
- An interest in finding smarter, more efficient ways of working — someone who’s not afraid to suggest new ideas.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams while also using initiative to work independently.
- A flexible and positive attitude — happy to help wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
- A desire to learn and develop within the role, with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.
Desirable:
While not essential, it would be a bonus if you also bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, or team support role.
- Familiarity with basic budgeting or invoice tracking systems (e.g. CMap, QuickBooks, or similar tools).
- Experience managing office supplies, facilities, or working with external vendors and service providers.
- Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
- An interest in team culture, staff engagement, or helping to plan small internal events or initiatives.
- Confidence using cloud-based tools or project management platforms (e.g. Microsoft Suite, Atvero, or Notion).
- A practical understanding of data entry or document management best practices.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- A good sense of humour and a people-focused mindset — someone who helps create a positive office vibe.
