AGD were exceptionally happy with the furniture installation solution provided by Activ Business Solutions. Having spoken with Michael and the team at a kick off meeting AGD were very confident that Activ could capably deliver the removal and installation of brand new office equipment for our workspace.
Michael and the team were incredibly supportive to our internal decision making team, providing options, pricing, even enabling our team to visit their showroom to view product choices. They were happy and able to provide support in numerous areas and their openness in pricing helped our decision making on certain products. The showroom visit was particularly helpful as the team were able to see first-hand, use and understand the benefit of height adjustable desks for members of the senior team, which has proven to be a great help. As a creative agency we were naturally keen to deliver our company branding through the workspace and Activ helped with options to allow us to do this effectively.
The work undertaken was completed over a weekend to avoid impacting our working hours. Over the weekend I was updated on the progress and was safe in the knowledge that the team could arrive on Monday Morning to see a great new office environment. The refurbishment was received really well by our staff and has made a definite difference to our team dynamic.
We have further changes that we are looking at within the office and will certainly be using Michael and the team to deliver these for us.

Activ Business Solutions provided Quantuma with a complete refurbishment of our office space in our Marlow Headquarters in October 2017. Due to our continuous growth our requirement was for ideas to create space for new employees to operate and build an engaging environment for the team. We required new desks, chairs and associated office furniture alongside the removal of existing partition walls to create the larger working space. Additionally we were in need of the carpet tile replacement and general decoration throughout certain areas of the office as a priority.
Michael and his team were fantastic in understanding our requirements, presenting various options to suit our budget and deliver to our timescales, always keeping me informed of activities and any amends that were required due to staff requests. This included weekend installation of furniture to enable zero impact on my staff. The impact of the new space has been wonderful for the staff and directors and we could not be happier with the outcome, including support from the installation team by taking and installing redundant desks to a business partner of ours at no additional cost.
We are presently undertaking the remaining carpet tile work within our head office with Activ and will require them to provide installation of office furniture in our offices around the country through 2018.

I write in recommendation of Activ Business Solutions in their support of office refurbishment and fit out work for my business, Episervier.
Our requirement was the relocation and installation of two existing Episerver offices, in Southwark and Farringdon, into a new office suit in Waterloo to house the entire UK team. Included in this was the removal and disposal of all redundant office furniture from the historic sites, management of personal belongings from historic to new site, new flooring installation, two new kitchen spaces, lighting improvements, and the installation of new furniture throughout the Waterloo space.
We undertook an evaluation process with a number of organisations and felt Activ Business Solutions was the right choice for our requirement for a number of reasons. Their open book pricing document was very helpful in our understanding of manufacturer pricing and their margin aspirations, which we felt were very well priced. Their team spent a great deal of time understanding our requirements throughout the initial process and we had specialist support in the different technical areas. However, we felt that Activ Business Solutions' response times and efforts positioned them as the right partner for Episerver.
The work undertaken was of an excellent standard, with the team operating under a tight timescale for completion, enabling our business to operate seamlessly on our introduction to the new office space. We were kept up to speed on developments throughout the process and we were made aware of any challenges met.
