Adviza is a charity that supports business and individuals to achieve their potential, providing careers and employability guidance.
Adviza is a charity which runs a number of careers advice and employability programmes in Buckinghamshire.
The Skill up Bucks project links SMEs to educational and community partners, supporting employers to offer apprenticeships, placements, T-levels, etc. and to deliver activities that will inspire a future workforce and influence the skills that are being gained in the community. The project aligns with the LEP objectives to retain talent and enhance the local economy.
Working collaboratively with the Skill up Bucks project, The National Career Service and the Building Futures project provide advice and guidance to job seekers and learners, raising their aspirations, motivating them to achieve their full potential and ultimately moving them towards their employment goals.
Adviza also provide a careers service for many schools across Buckinghamshire, enhanced by the additional offer of the Ask project which informs students, teachers and parents on the various apprenticeship routes towards careers. For 16-24 year who are unsure of their next steps a place can be provided on a Princes Trust course to develop their confidence and skills.
