Aedda’s Farm Distillery is an independent British distillery crafting bold, expressive spirits from field-grown ingredients on our farm in Adstock, Buckingham. We are currently focused on producing a distinctive range of plum liqueurs, made using wild British fruit, each showcasing the natural character of the fruit with depth, balance, and warmth.

Alongside our own spirit development, Aedda’s Farm Distillery also offers contract distilling, working with like-minded brands to bring bespoke spirits to life. From concept to creation, we offer a flexible and collaborative approach to distillation, blending, and product development.
