Empowering communities across the UK through personalised support in health, learning, mindset change and pathways to meaningful employment.
At AKG UK, we believe that inclusive employment should be embedded into the way organisations recruit, support and develop people. Creating accessible opportunities and removing barriers to employment is essential to building stronger workplaces, supporting individual wellbeing and helping businesses benefit from a wider and more diverse talent pool.
That's why we're proud to be partnering with BASE (British Association for Supported Employment), the UK's leading organisation championing inclusive recruitment and supported employment practices.
BASE works alongside employers, educators and employment support services to improve access to meaningful, sustainable employment for disabled, neurodivergent and disadvantaged people. Through training, guidance, research and employer support, they help organisations create more inclusive recruitment processes and workplace environments where people can thrive.
As part of this partnership, AKG UK and BASE are delivering a series of free webinars for Buckinghamshire employers, focused on inclusive employment, workplace accessibility and practical approaches to supporting diverse talent across the workforce. Together, we hope to encourage open conversation, share best practice and support organisations in creating workplaces that are more inclusive, equitable and accessible for all.
