Team-building, fitness sessions and Personal Training sessions with Fitbox will help with your fitness, well-being, motivation as well as get those endorphins pumping! Technique instruction is provided and all fitness levels are catered for.
Fitbox Team-building sessions can take the form of a simple fitness class or we can hold competitive drills, races and games (teams or individuals). After one session, participants will feel revived, invigorated and re-motivated. Better prepared for the challenges ahead. And, they may be a little surprised about how competitive their team mates really are.
Fitbox also works with Schools of all ages, offering Boxercise after-school or lunch time clubs. Boxercise is great for children, helping to develop hand/eye co-ordination, confidence, stability, strength and overall fitness.
Ali is an Advanced Boxercise instructor and Personal trainer as well as being a Certified Mental Health First Aider and holds an Enhanced DBS.
