The Buckinghamshire Family Information Service provides FREE quality, impartial and up-to-date information to parents and carers with children aged 0 to 19 years (25 with a disability/additional need). If you are a parent, a carer or prospective parent, it's good to know there's someone you can call on for information and advice to support you. Whatever your child's age or abilities, our team are available to help.

We also provide advice and support for professionals who work with families. We offer assistance on Early Help and have a professionals database. Do call us if you require more information. Each of our Information Outreach Officers has a specialist area of expertise but can help you across all areas. If we can’t supply you with the information you are looking for, we are happy to help you find someone who can.
