Through Executive Coaching and mentoring, I work with individuals and teams to facilitate their personal growth and development while raising their profiles as business leaders.

After an initial Discovery Call to determine the compatability of Coach and Client, and to understand more about what you wish to accomplish through coaching, I offer a practical custom-designed program for each person potentially comprising, for example:

• Self-care/life balance – to find out if all areas of your life are aligned and serving you adequately.

• Personal Foundation – to work on understanding what’s important to you and to understand what motivates and inspires you, how you make big decisions

• Tolerations/Boundaries – discover what’s getting in your way or distracting you. 

• Habits – what to stop/start/continue and how.

• Future Vision – finding out where you’d like to be, by when, designing/refining the life/career you want.

• Saboteurs – uncovering any negative self-judgement and character traits that hold you back and/or affect relationships.

• The vision, and how to get from here to there – breaking things down into manageable bite-sized chunks, setting goals, action planning and accountabiliity.

• Personal Communication Styles - yours and others - how to more successfully interact.

• Resilience - what does it mean to you and how do you manage it in the crazy world around you.

• Networking and how it can better help you/your business, or not.

• Identifying skills gaps, further training/learning for you and/or your teams.

Coaching clients will usually expect to work with their Coach for  12 months or more in order that they can see, and measure, growth over that period.  This is not fixed in any contract, but is strongly recommended and, generally, clients will work in partnership with me for much longer.
