In 2015 Clare fulfilled a lifelong dream, undertaking a career break and committing four months to the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, sailing from Seattle to New York. Not only did she manage the complexities of a career transition, she and her crew overcame adversity, fatigue and extreme conditions, teaching her the powerful strategies required to successfully achieve a goal.
