Welcome to CIPD Chiltern Branch! We're your local branch of the professional body for experts in people at work. We are open to CIPD members based in the Chiltern area as well as local business professionals and anyone interested in championing better working and working lives.

Chiltern Branch endeavours to deliver a variety of events covering a broad range of topics. Our aim is to run networking events that offer excellent opportunities to help you improve your personal and professional skills as well as giving you the chance to engage with other HR professionals and HR undergraduates and postgraduates for support and networking.

From directors to students, we have established links with businesses in the local area as well as the major CIPD course providers (Amersham and Wycombe College, Aylesbury College and Buckinghamshire New University).

On the first Wednesday of each month, we run our HR networking and sharing experiences discussion group. This is open to all, but particularly to sole HR practitioners who do not have as many opportunities to network and share with work colleagues.
