In addition to his coaching and facilitation expertise, Colin has over 25 years commercial experience at a senior level of leading change and improving performance with a reputation for “delivering results through people”. He is a professional executive coach and facilitator who is certified in Hogan, qualified at Advanced (Masters) Executive Coaching and ILM level 7 coaching and mentoring and is an active and enthusiastic Primary School Deputy Chair Governor.
