Our platform has the following modules

1. Recruitment module - It helps employers define all the screening criteria and then matches the candidates profile automatically and shortlists candidates within minutes. It does this without revealing the candidate identity and also shortens the recruitment process

2. Job Gym - Helps employees to identify all the areas that they are good at and where they do need help. The engine then looks at the roles they have applied or are interested in to evaluate the gap. Based on these inputs the engine builds a learning  and training module to help bridge the gap

3. Talent management - Combines the two modules mentioned earlier to help companies identify what good looks like for every role in their organisation from a behaviour, skill, competence and values perspective. It then uses that insight to compare every employee and creates a customised training plan.
