With 16+ years across tech, media, and start-ups, I’ve covered boardroom strategy as a journalist and helped scale a SaaS business from $0 to $10M+ ARR as a Customer Success leader (keeping Gross MRR churn well under 3% and driving 500%+ customer expansions).

I’ve also burnt out and come back with a better rhythm and understanding of what works, and what absolutely does not.

I’m a fierce advocate for mental health and social equity. I serve as a Board Trustee to two charities close to my heart, and as an advisor to the NHS and Mind. I also host the Seasons of Leadership podcast, which is all about change.
