We are funding respite at home for family carers with limited means by offering respite of 2 hour sessions twice a month to help dementia family carers take a breath and regain their freedom for a little while so that they can recharge their batteries.

Our charity has contracts with two major carer organisations with around 150 professional carers. They are all DBS (Disclosure & Barring Services) checked. These checks are to ensure that the people involved have no criminal record, are decent law abiding citizens and can be trusted.
