At Fox Group we have an inherent understanding of block and estate management. Property managers have a multitude of tasks to handle on a daily basis; routine maintenance work, contract management, section 20 works, resident liaison and director management to name just a few. Born out of the frustrations Property Managers face it is our mission to eliminate the headache's these tasks can unnecessarily cause.

'How does this affect the Property Manager/block?'- Every job undertaken is underpinned by this question. Working under this premise, the management company's needs and best interests are always prioritised.

We provide regular updates on works undertaken and works being quoted. Any completed work will have before and after images for the Manager's reference. That way the management company can provide a greater level of service to the directors of the blocks they manage.
