I am a trained and experienced mindfulness teacher working with adults, adolescents and children.
Mindfulness teaches you to be more aware of your experience so that you can choose how to respond rather than be pulled into unhelpful automatic stress reactions.
Everyone, whatever their age, can benefit from mindfulness and I offer one off sessions, 8 week courses and bespoke packages for business EAP's and organisations, including Greater Manchester and Thames Valley Police Forces, primary and secondary schools, general public groups and individuals.
