Louise Lithgow-Dicker is an experienced Senior HR Professional with over 20 years of HR experience gained within some high profile organisations including Vodafone, Astra Zeneca, Roadchef (including the Costa Coffee brand), The National Exhibition Group and Yellow Pages.
This experience makes Louise very adaptable to working within different industries and providing business focused solutions. She has worked with UK and Global brands from Telecoms, Media through to Pharma and Business Services.
Louise started her own consultancy, Go HR Ltd, in July 2014 and works with businesses of all sizes to provide ad-hoc support or a retained service. Louise works with clients to understand their businesses and provides pragmatic support when needed to help Management Teams to run their business and not worry about the people element.

- Raised line management capability through training initiatives including workshops, manager aids and one to one coaching
- Contact Centre project with outcomes of Attrition Activity resulting in 12% reduction and 40% improvement in attendance, through raising standards and fair treatment of all staff
