I established my company to develop and inspire leaders to make a positive difference to themselves and their teams through thought-provoking insights and creative processes that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. 

I have been a successful HR leader with 20 years of experience gained within the fast-paced corporate technology sector across Europe and the globe with the last few years in senior roles.  I have successfully supported and coached many talented leaders through their own journeys to fulfil their potential to be the best leader they can be.  I especially enjoy helping leaders move from leading small teams to large organisations and empowering them and their teams to be the best to make a difference to their business.   Often leaders need to learn new skills and approaches to inspire, lead and influence stakeholders when moving roles from small teams to large organisations. 

I am passionate about making a difference and I have successfully pioneered specific women in leadership initiatives to help advance women in the workplace with great results. 

I understand the importance of continuous personal growth, reflection and development as a leader and making brave decisions.  Therefore, I have just completed an executive coaching qualification to ensure that I too am relevant and prepared for uncertain and complex environments and I too am being brave, out on my own.
