Following  a corporate career in telecoms Karen moved to set up her own consulting company in 2008 working with local and multi-nationals to help transform their businesses. Based upon cross industry and multi-functional experience at both a strategic and operational level, she offered pragmatic transformation direction in the form of leading transformation/change programmes in operational efficiency, digital and culture change as well as , executive coaching.
