The Office of the Public Guardian ((OPG) offers 50 pages of advice before a member of the public submits applications for Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

 I advise, support and draft  LPAs . I am a Dementia Friend and hold the Alzheimer Society's Foundation Certificate in Dementia Awareness.I am also a Member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers. 

My first home visit enables me to confirm capacity, identity and take instructions. My written report follows. My second home visit enables me to supervise completion of the deeds which I  certify and witness. I charge £250 per person for the above (OPG fees of £110 per LPA are extra unless you are exempt or partly exempt).
